Dinky Dragon will refund any wrong or faulty i-angel hipseat baby carrier.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are unhappy or would like to return something, we offer a full money-back guarantee on all orders. Simply contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your order WITHIN 14 DAYS OF IT BEING RECEIVED. Please ensure they are returned in their original condition and in their original packaging before returning such items to us at the return address below

We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day you have given us notice of your cancellation. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including the cost of sending the item to you. However, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF RETURNING THE ITEM TO US. We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.

Faulty Product

In the unlikely event that the product doesn't work or if you consider the product to be defective, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your faulty item. Please return such items to the return address below

We will arrange for a replacement product to be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of the faulty item. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you and reimbursement postage costs for returning the goods. We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.


Wrong Product(s)

In the unlikely event we have delivered the wrong product, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your incorrect product. Please return such items to the return address below.

We will arrange for the correct product to be dispatched, as originally ordered within 5 working days of receipt of your incorrect item. Alternatively, you may choose to take a refund and place a new order on the website. We will reimburse postage costs for returning the goods. We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.


Damaged Product

In the unlikely event that the product is damaged, you must notify us by email within 3 working days of receipt of the delivery. Simply contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk to notify us that you would like to return your damaged product.

We will, then examine the returned Product and will notify you of your replacement via e-mail within 5 working days of receipt of the damaged item. We will reimburse postage costs for returning the goods. We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.


Product stopped working

If the item is less than 6 months old and is faulty, you have the right to request a replacement or a repair. Simply contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk and notify us that you would like to return your item. We will check it, and as long as any fault has not arisen through normal wear and tear; we'll offer a replacement or a repair. If those aren't possible, we will refund you. So long as the fault has not arisen through normal wear and tear, we will reimburse postage costs for returning the goods. We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.

If the fault happens more than 6 months after purchase and up to 12 months contact us at info@dinkydragon.co.uk and as long as any fault has not arisen through normal wear and tear; we'll offer to the best of our abilities to attempt to repair it for you within reasonable circumstances agreed between the purchaser and Dinky Dragon.  We advise that you return the item using a “sign for” service as Dinky Dragon Ltd cannot be held responsible for any losses.

We will refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase
